We initially created our annuity lead gen nurturing campaign a few years ago solely for our retirement planning practice. From the outset, unlike most lead gen programs, our focus was on annuity sales, not lead sales. Upon receipt of our your completed and signed program engagement agreement, we establish your target locations (the more states the better) , and approximately how many leads you wish to receive per month .

Your CRM, calendar, local phone presence, anti-spam phone number approval and other customizations are configured and set.

Your new campaign begins delivering leads in seven to ten days (oftentimes less). You receive real time notification of each new lead by text and email, while the lead is simultaneously opted into the nurturing workflow and appear in your CRM.
Being an advisor, after developing annuity leads solely for my own benefit, having participated in all different types of lead gen campaigns over the years, we've learned what works and what doesn't. We wanted exclusive leads. We didn't want ones that bait-and-switch the consumer into filling out a lead form over any other premise than to learn about annuities. Our ad copy's tag line is: "You probably have a lot of questions about annuities." , not "complete this lead form for your complimentary social security optimization report". We call that "merchandising the A word". That's why these are referred to as high intent annuity leads. The consumer knows exactly what they're signing up for. Admittedly, not every lead has the same level of intention. But enough do. There is no mention of rates of return returns and certainly no guarantees.
And for me personally, I much prefer, for example , fifty new opportunities every month over ten leads per month , spending essentially the same marketing dollars monthly.
There has been a great deal of enhancement to demographic and location targeting of late. Machine learning which optimizes platform algorithms being the main driver. Our baseline ages are between 50-75. Minimum annual income $75,000.00. We use key word searches like "insurance, retirement and such". Outside interests like travel , gardening, the arts etc... We then add in your target states, being able to further target all the way down to zip code. All of these variables, of course, are customizable.
Our minimum monthly commitment is for approximately fifty leads per month. That said, adjustments to daily ad spend can be input to accommodate much greater monthly lead volume.
Most clients begin receiving verified leads between 7 and 10 days after we receive your executed program agreement. Exact timing depends on your custom setup, CRM integration, and campaign targeting. We prioritize fast onboarding and will work with you to start delivery as soon as possible.
Once we have received your signed agreement, we will charge your credit card immediately for the $97 one-time set-up fee. We charge your credit card $79 for each new lead immediately upon lead delivery. We reserve the right to charge your credit card anytime a lead comes in. Our software will bill your account for the outstanding balance every Wednesday morning. We expect any billing problems to be resolved within 48 hours.
